Stuart Grimshaw

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Grimshaw joined the CCV board on 1 November 2014 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman on 10 September 2015. He is the Chief Executive Officer of EZCORP, a substantial shareholder in CCV.

He has a 30-year career in financial services and has held positions across many functions of banking and finance, with notable roles including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Queensland; Group Executive for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia; and Chief Executive Officer of the Great Britain area for National Australia Bank.

Peter Cumins

Peter Cumins

Executive Deputy Chairman

Mr Cumins became Executive Deputy Chairman in January 2017 and director of EZCORP in July 2014. He joined CCV in August 1990 as Finance and Administration Manager, became General Manager in March 1992 and Group Managing Director is April 1995.

He is a qualified accountant and has overseen growth in the number of Australian CCV franchisees and the development of the international franchise system.

Mr Cumins has experience in large organisations with senior executive positions in the government health sector, specifically the Fremantle Hospital Group where was Finance and Human Resources Manager.

Kevin Dundo

Independent, Non-Executive Director

Mr Dundo joined the board in February 2015. He is a practising lawyer, specialising in the commercial and corporate fields.

He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, Law Council of Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Mr Dundo is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of resources technology company Imdex Limited and Non-Executive Chairman of gold producer Red 5 Limited.

Lachlan Given

Non-Executive Director

Mr Given joined the CCV board in August 2014 and is the Executive Vice Chairman of EZCORP, as well as Director of US agricultural media company The Farm Journal Corporation.

He began his career working in investment banking and equity capital with experience in Hong Kong and Sydney working for Merrill Lynch.

Mr Given is also a Director of encryption solutions company Senetas Corporation; leading financial services rating and research firm CANSTAR; and Tab.com, which specialises in physical and digital records management.

Sam Budiselik

Sam Budiselik

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Budiselik was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2020 and has been with the Company since 2016.

He has had a variety of roles within change, project, risk management and executive management for global banking and financial firms. Mr Budiselik spent 12 years abroad working for investment banks UBS and Barclays Capital in London, New York and Singapore.

Before joining Cash Converters he was the Chief Operating Officer at stockbroking and wealth management firm Patersons Securities as well as been a Director of a number of small businesses including franchising, consultancy and commercial drone operations.

Michael Murphy

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Murphy was appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2020 and has a wealth of experience in financial services, specialising in risk management, asset management, retail and commercial banking and responsible finance.

Before joining Cash Converters he was Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Bank Australia’s International Financial Services business unit. He also spent 14 years with National Australia Bank, 11 of which were spent in Hong Kong in various Chief Financial Officer and business roles.

He is also currently an Independent Director of Vietnam International Bank.

Peter Egan

Chief Risk Officer

Mr Egan was announced as Chief Risk Officer in November 2019 after seven years at Bank of Queensland (BOQ) as Chief Risk Officer of Retail Banking and BOQ Specialist.

He has previously served in senior credit risk positions with Bankwest and has extensive experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and policies for niche market segments. He was also instrumental in embedding enhance risk disciplines across the BOQ Group.

Mr Egan has a solid understanding of risk management and has extensive commercial experience with retail customers and niche businesses.

Brad Edwards

Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

Mr Edwards was appointed in July 2017 and has extensive corporate and private practice experience in law across financial services, retail franchising, regulatory matters, dispute resolution and class action litigation, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Cash Converters he worked with the Bank of Queensland Group for 15 years as Company Secretary and General Counsel.

Mr Edwards has voluntarily occupied the role of Director of Surf Life Saving Queensland as well as Director of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation.
